No guarantees
We do not represent that estimates are 100% accurate, error-free, or guaranteed. We do not guarantee bid awards, the lowest price, savings, revenue, or that an estimate will match final actual costs.

Not professional design services
Mobi provides construction estimating and takeoff services only. We do not provide architectural, engineering, legal, or other licensed professional services, and our deliverables do not replace work performed by a licensed professional.
Value engineering
Value-engineering suggestions identify potential cost-saving options. They are not architectural or engineering design and should be reviewed and approved by appropriate licensed professionals before implementation.
